EXTRACTION PROCESS

Our Team Extract Lemongrass Essential Oil through Steam Distillation of the fresh or partially dried Lemongrass Leaves. Harvesting happens in the morning, cutting the grass approximately 10cm above the ground.

After harvesting, the leaves are dried at room temperature for up to four days to enhance the oil content. The dried leaves are then steam-distilled. To extract 1 Kg of Lemongrass oil, you need 480 kgs of Lemongrass leaves.
